Robert Povlock is Mustard Tree Instruments Chief Financial Officer. In his capacity as CFO, Povlock oversees Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR, Risk Management, Planning and Forecasting, and Investor Relations.
Povlock has more than 20+ years of senior financial management leadership executing startups, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining Mustard Tree Instruments Povlock worked as CFO for several global corporations in the process chemical industry, most recently for Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex, a 50/50 joint venture between The Dow Chemical Company and Reichhold Inc. He currently reports to the CEO and serves in the company’s executive committee.
